Philly1.com conducted an online public opinion poll from March 4-7, 2010 asking members of its online community as well as users of Facebook.com and Twitter.com a question about the upcoming 2011 mayor's race.
The exact phrasing of the poll question was as follows:

The list of potential candidates were as follows: (provided in random order to respondents)
While certain safeguards were used to ensure that an individual could only cast one vote, including the installation of a cookie and IP address blocking, the poll did not employ proper methodology (other than answer choice randomization) and the results cannot be understood as representative of the will of the Philadelphia electorate.

The poll received 186 responses and can merely may be understood as anecdotal insight into the political health of the mayor and the political strength of certain individuals that have either run for public office citywide, or, have been rumored -- at one time or another -- to be interested in the serving as mayor of Philadelphia.
