Free Community Leadership Development Series returns this fall

 

 


Philadelphia, PA - The Community Improvement/Leadership Development workshop series returns this fall. The series, which is sponsored by the Coalition, Inc. and Professional Networking Associates, helps individuals seeking to refine their leadership skills through professional seminars by talented facilitators. The workshop series resumes with the Urban Networking 101- How to win friends and influence people, starting Tuesday, October 25th from 6-8:30 pm. at the School District Bldg, 440 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA.

Back by popular demand is the dynamic Urban Networking 101. This workshop is facilitated by Michael Rice, a master networker with over 25 years of networking in both private and public sectors. In this first session of four part series, participants learn how to identity their personal skill sets. They learn how to ask questions that get them resources and connections. They also develop and practice their 30 second introduction or elevator speech.

Upcoming Urban Networking workshops include:

Urban Networking 102 – Building your Inner GAME – Participants learn the a seven step process for creating a successful networking encounter. They also learning self empowerment exercises that help them enhance their self-confidence, self awareness and self reliance.

Urban Networking 103 – Elevating Your Game – Participants learn goal setting techniques and how to develop their own strategic networking action plan.

Urban Networking 104 - Refining Your Game - Participants meet Master Networkers who share their insights and expertise. Panel discussion on maximizing your networking abilities.
