Today a Judge on the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruled that poll workers do not have to ask voters to show photo ID. The Court ruled that the part of the Pennsylvania Voter ID Law (a.k.a. "Act 18") that covered voting at the polls was unconstitutional.
