I read the first issue. It's great. How do you pick your stories? Can the public recommed story ideas? This is a wonderful vehicle for women entrepreneurs in Philadelphia.

I loved it too.
I was a little disappointed, that Phlare chose the Montgomery County DV shelter over the Philadelphia one (seeing as it is supposed to be Philly based), which is also hurting for funding and volunteers. I just thought it a little odd. Especially since the Montgomery County Shelter has been known to turn away women 'from the city' even if they have the room. Philadelphia only has one shelter for the whole city, to bring attention and request help and contributions to the Montgomery County shelter kinda irked me.........
